OPTIONS:

CHECK- OFF LIST FOR THE WEDDING VIDEO

1. You will supply a list of the day’s itinerary (schedule) before the wedding day. Include a list of any other less obvious events.

2. Please have the wedding coordinator, caterer, D.J., or whoever will be calling the shots check in with me just to make sure I’m ready before announcing or moving on to the next formality.

3. It is requested that you include the videographer for lunch or dinner soon after the wedding party so that we don’t miss anything immediately after dinner.

4. Please have the second payment ready right after the videotaping ends on the day of the wedding.

5. The title of the edited video will be as you saw it on the sample video unless you request something different in writing.

6. Choose a meaningful upbeat song for the opening collage and a sweet romantic song for the closing collage (other than the first dance song that is already appearing in your video). You’ll need to supply the songs (preferably on CD) if I don’t already own a copy. You can bring them on the wedding day.

7. If you’ve also contracted for the still photo collage, submit the pictures in the correct order on the wedding day along with the song.

8. Possession of videos will take place only after both payments have been received and processed.

9. If you’d like your videos mailed to you, add $20.00 to your total. Your VHS raw footage and edited copies will arrive first with any other materials you’ve supplied (CD’s, pictures, etc.). Then after you’ve reviewed all of the tapes, call, and the second shipment of the digital masters will sent to you immediately.
